By the 1970s, Allison's on-highway products had become the cornerstone of the company's product portfolio. From the MT-25, the division's first automatic for commercial vehicles, to today's transmission products, Allison's on-highway products have proven themselves world-class. Over the years, Allison's other products, such as alternator coils for EMD locomotives (Right) also have been part of Allison's extensive product offering.
