The diagnostic software was formerly known as the Allison Transmission Diagnostic Tool (ATDT). The Allison DOC^TM For PC diagnostic tool enables a technician to quickly and easily access diagnostic data from the transmission control system and conduct systematic troubleshooting of transmission problems through the use of embedded troubleshooting manuals. By simply double-clicking on a transmission diagnostic code displayed on an Allison DOC^TM For PC computer screen, the technician is transported to the specific location in the ATD Troubleshooting Manual to begin the repair process. The embedded troubleshooting manuals of Allison DOC^TM For PC, complete with graphics, are also easily accessible for reference without using the code driven hyperlinks. An Allison-owned diagnostic tool, Allison DOC^TM For PC frees the technician from carrying separate troubleshooting manuals, saves time, and improves diagnostic accuracy by helping automate the diagnostic routine. Allison DOC^TM Version 2.0 For PC Version 2.0 also offers a Data Bus Viewer that allows the user to capture, view, and save raw data transmitted on the vehicle bus when diagnosing Alliso
