Candidate Testing and Documentation Requirements

Schedule One TES-389 Applicant:

Thanks for your anticipated participation in the new Allison Transmission "Schedule One TES-389" specification. We look forward to testing your fine product(s). You may submit candidate samples to either of the two independent test laboratories listed in the specification. The following contacts, or their assigned representatives, can assist you in getting candidates submitted for testing.

Requirements:

Submit two (1) quart containers, to the test lab of your choice, for each candidate you wish tested. Containers shall contain current production product and shall have production labeling. Containers shall be production sealed. Labeling shall include the current GM license number. If not printed on label, the current GM license number shall be clearly marked on the container in indelible ink.

Submit electronic or scanned copies of all applicable license forms, via email, for each candidate submitted for testing. All candidates currently licensed by GM as ORIGINAL FORMULATIONS OR REBLENDED products shall require testing. Candidates currently licensed by GM as REBRANDED products shall only require license form submissions. Note: REBRANDED products shall only be licensed to TES-389 after the original formulation has been licensed.
