Allison DOC® (Diagnostic Optimized Connection) Subscription Service

Allison DOC® (Diagnostic Optimized Connection) Subscription Service is a Windows-based diagnostic tool that allows users to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and re-program Allison electronically controlled commercial transmissions and transmission control systems. Each Allison DOC Subscription Service software product requires a separate valid, time-based subscription license to activate the product.

 

Below is a list of the Allison DOC® Subscription Service product types:

  • Allison DOC® Premium is designed for use on 1000 Series™ and 2000 Series™, 3000 Series™ and 4000 Series™ and TC10® Product Family transmissions, and transmissions using CEC5/CEC3/CEC2/CEC1 controls.
  • Allison DOC® Premium (H 40/50 EP™) is designed for use with Allison’s H 40/50 EP™ Systems. It is capable of reading from H 40/50 EP System controllers using the J1939 communication protocol.
  • Allison DOC® Fleets supports the 4th and 5th Generation Transmission Control Modules (TCMs) (1000 Series and 2000 Series, 3000 Series and 4000 Series, TC10 and Off-Highway CEC3 and CEC5 Product Families) with the latest features as well as legacy control systems.

Vehicle Communication Interfaces and Translator Devices

Allison DOC® Subscription Service is RP1210C compliant and is compatible with RP1210C compliant vehicle communication interfaces (VCI) or translator devices.

 

Third Party Diagnostic Systems

Allison Transmission works with OEMs and independent third parties, through a Copyright License Agreement, in the development of generic diagnostic tools to establish serial communication between Allison electronic control units and diagnostic scan tools. Special Service Tools

The Special Service Tools Web Store allows all users the ability to find and purchase service tools which are unique to perform repair and maintenance procedures on Allison products. These tools have been designed to work efficiently and effectively without damaging your Allison Automatic. Users can also find a comprehensive offering of common diagnostic and service tools that are recommended by Allison when performing maintenance and repair procedures.
