Allison Transmission ha informato la sua forza lavoro che, a causa della diminuzione della disponibilità delle forniture, della riduzione della domanda da parte dei clienti e delle circostanze impreviste che sono al di fuori del nostro controllo, sono necessarie delle modifiche organizzative difficili ma obbligate, compresi dei licenziamenti.
L’intento è un licenziamento temporaneo all’interno della nostra forza lavoro produttiva. I dipendenti interessati non lavoreranno, ma il rapporto formale di impiego rimarrà in vigore. Questa situazione continuerà ad essere valutata, così come il panorama del mercato che è in costante evoluzione.
Al momento non si conosce ancora l’impatto.
Allison Transmission rallenterà e sospenderà temporaneamente la produzione in alcuni impianti: lo scopo è quello di riequilibrare il lavoro in base all’approvvigionamento dei componenti e alla domanda dei clienti. Anche se il numero di dipendenti in loco è ridotto, Allison continuerà a
rafforzare le sue misure preventive per ridurre la potenziale diffusione del virus COVID-19. Questo andrà ad aggiungersi alle misure di distanziamento sociale, di restrizione degli spostamenti e di sanificazione, che sono già state implementate per garantire la sicurezza e il benessere della forza lavoro Allison
