I am an Allison channel member. How do I receive correct Allison HUB™ Premium pricing on the Allison Transmission Publications Web Store?
If you are an Allison partner, please send an email to the help desk at email@example.com indicating your Allison account number to ensure correct pricing when logged into the Allison Transmission Publications Web Store. Likewise, if utilizing a PO for purchasing, you will need to contact the help desk as well.
I purchased Allison HUB™ Premium and its features are not appearing on my HUB account. How do I activate them?
How long does an Allison HUB™ Premium subscription package last?
The Allison HUB™ Premium subscription package is valid for 1-year from the date of purchase.
Can subscription packages or Allison HUB accounts be shared?
When I try to login to the Allison HUB™, I receive a message stating that my account is inactive. How do I reactivate my account?
After 90 consecutive days of not logging in, Allison HUB accounts are automatically inactivated. To reactivate your account, select the hyperlinked "here" within the "Please request to reactivate your account here" message and complete the form. Requests are typically fulfilled within 24-48 hours.
I forgot my username and/or password to the Allison HUB. What should I do?
To retrieve your Allison HUB username and/or to reset your password, select either the "Forgot Username?" or "Forgot Password?" link on the login page of the Allison HUB. Complete either of the self-service forms to receive an auto-generated email that will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
