北京,2021年6月4日- 中国石油设备领先制造商中石化四机石油机械有限公司计划推出一新型配备艾里逊4500油田系列变速箱的车载钻修设备,以满足石油设备行业的迫切需求。作为能源领域领先的全自动变速箱设计者和生产商,艾里逊变速箱公司为油田的最终用户提供了无与伦比的高性能、可靠性和耐用性。
在油气开采过程中,挖掘地底下油气的生产过程往往涉及到各种复杂的化学和机械流程,油气井在自喷、抽油或注水注气过程中,随时可能会发生故障,造成油气减产甚至停产,这时就需要修井机出马维修。
四机石油机械有限公司的最新修井机(车辆总质量为46吨)配备车载式底盘,一台输出功率为297千瓦的中国重汽柴油发动机MC11.40-60和一台轻巧的艾里逊4500 OFS变速箱,发动机输出最大扭矩达1900Nm。并配备液压起升井架,绞车和钻机。
“艾里逊4500变速箱应用于我公司车装钻修设备,有公路行驶和油田小修作业两种工况。小修作业要求变速箱具备较高的连续工作可靠性,”中石化四机石油机械有限公司技术中心钻修产品研究所副所长张斌说。“艾里逊有适合各种工况的油田系列变速箱,艾里逊4500 OFS匹配最大的发动机扭矩可达2237N.m,而且体积紧凑,重量较轻,较好地满足了这些要求。”
艾里逊全自动变速箱专为油田最严苛工况设计。因其采用 Continuous Power Technology™(不间断动力技术),液压变扭器不仅可以实现增扭而且可将发动机发动机动力平稳持续输出,应对多种运行工况。艾里逊变速箱提速更快,平均车速较手动或AMT高出14%。车辆在松散土壤上或狭小空间行驶时具有更好的操控性、牵引力和机动性。艾里逊4500 OFS变速箱采用双模式操作,能用于多种操作。用户只需要简单地启动开关,即可使变速箱从驱动车辆(道路模式)转换到第二功能(工作模式)。无论是行车前往作业现场还是在现场作业,艾里逊变速箱都能提高生产力。艾里逊变速箱具备的高品质、可靠性和耐用性,可满足用户在最恶劣工况下的运行需求。
张副所长继续说:“艾里逊4500 OFS变速箱额定输入功率大,传动比分配合理,液力传动性能好,传动效率高,可靠性高,售后服务及时高效,性价比高,用户非常认可。另外一个很大的优势是:该小修作业修井机为应用4500 OFS变速箱的最新产品,相较于同类产品,在不损失性能参数及可靠性的情况下,整体成本有了较大幅度降低。”
由于艾里逊变速箱无需更换离合器,进一步降低运行成本,通过艾里逊预诊断功能降低维护成本; 可预测机油和滤芯的使用寿命,从而减少停机时间并降低维护成本。定期更换机油和滤芯,从而延长车辆作业时间和提高运行可靠性。
