北京,2023年6月9日 – 第二十三届中国国际石油石化技术装备展览会开展首日(CIPPE),艾里逊变速箱公司正式宣布在中国推出新一代液力压裂变速箱FracTran®。FracTran®是专为油气田压裂场景打造的产品,它的设计理念是能够满足全球苛刻的油气田场景,为客户提供最大化生产力,以及可靠的、强大的抗压性能。
2023 CIPPE期间,艾里逊变速箱亚太区销售执行总监盖世豪(Brian Geiselhart),以及全球非公路和服务工程执行董事兰迪克(Kartik Ramanan),出席媒体交流会,介绍了艾里逊在商用车领域的发展以及在中国的业务布局,并强调了对中国市场的长期承诺。
新一代FracTran®的开发始于2018年,结合了广大客户的回馈建议以及艾里逊几十年来在全球油田应用中积累的产品工况信息分析。兰迪克先生称这款压裂变速箱为变革性的产品,能够满足不断变化的市场需求,更是面向未来的产品。
FracTran®具备功率一流的配置以及出色的耐久性,通过更高的功率能力和设备的正常运行时间,降低总拥有成本,旨在最大程度地提高客户的生产力以及可持续性工作能力。
FracTran®的额定输入总功率为3,300马力,输入扭矩13,558 牛米,实际该产品输入储备总功率最高可达3,500马力。FracTran®配备八个挡位,提供多种速比选择,以满足客户的多样化需求。
作为一款经久耐用的产品,FracTran®的使用寿命可达 2.5万小时,而且只需更换易损件即可进入二次使用寿命。FracTran®配备了先进的预诊断功能可监测各种运行参数,包括提供滤芯和变速箱油寿命诊断、安装在变速箱上的控制模块、扭转震动的诊断和一个车载远程信息系统。

2022年艾里逊变速箱在全球公路应用以及非公路应用的终端市场中都取得了强劲的增长。在中国市场,得益于中国强劲的公交客车出口市场以及宽体矿用自卸车市场的增长,艾里逊变速箱取得了59%的净销售额增长。艾里逊变速箱也将继续跟中国合作伙伴共同拓展更多场景的应用,包括油气田、房车、消防车等,持续满足中国市场的需求。
未来艾里逊将从三个方面持续推进在中国的增长计划,包括(1)持续优化经营以及业务流程,为客户提供更加高效的服务;(2)倾听客户的需求,实现产品的演变与升级;(3)持续创新,开发出面向未来的驱动解决方案。
