Circuit Class - This 60 minute class combines a mix of cardio and strength training.
Participants are led through a variety of different stations designed to increase the heart rate, strengthen muscles and improve core development. Stations are usually performed for one minute intervals and consist of free weights, stability balls, cardio drills, Total Gym, Reebok Core Board, resistance tubing and abdominal exercises. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as everyone works at their own pace.
Abs Circuit - A forty-five minute session incorporating cardio, strength and core training. Class ends with cool down and stretching. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Abs Blast - This 30 minute workout specifically targets the waistline to give you “phenomenal abdominals." Exercises are designed to work the upper, lower and side (obliques) areas as well as the lower back. Reduce lower back strain while increasing core strength. There is no cardio component to this class. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as everyone works at their own pace. Please bring an exercise mat and towel for floor exercises.
Abs Blast & Cardio Kickboxing - Two for Tuesday! Thirty minutes of Abs Blast combined with 30 minutes of Cardio Kickboxing.
Cardio Kickboxing - This is a non-contact kickboxing class utilizing basic kicks and punches. Designed to be a total body workout – this class will definitely make you sweat! This 60 minute class uses the first 30 minutes to cover basic kicks, punches, and combinations then builds to a more intermediate level the last 30 minutes with more complex kicking/punching combinations and cardio bursts. Women can learn powerful kicks which can be used for self defense purposes.
Glute Note: Kickboxing kicks have been ranked by Fitness Professionals as one of the most effective ways to work the glute/outer thigh area.
Basic Training - Front & Center! High energy class guaranteed to kick your glute! This 60 minute Saturday morning class will boost your energy and metabolism all day long. This is a total body work out that incorporates strength training, cardio, core conditioning, and abdominals with a variety of other fun drills to keep everyone fitness levels so drop and give it your all!
